RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Mohanam Vastra India LLP, every saree and garment is carefully selected and quality-checked before dispatch to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship and authenticity. As our products often involve handwoven, handcrafted, or natural fabrics, slight variations in color, weave, texture, or design are inherent characteristics and shall not be considered defects.

Returns are accepted only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect as per the confirmed order. Any such issue must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging, sent to our official email or WhatsApp number for verification. Requests raised after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.

Products eligible for return must be unused, unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Items that have been worn, washed, ironed, customized, or tampered with will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.

Once the return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for reverse pickup or return shipping, depending on the location and nature of the order. Mohanam Vastra India LLP reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving any refund or replacement.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only after the returned product has been received and successfully passed quality inspection. Approved refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on banking and payment gateway timelines. In certain cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit instead of a monetary refund, at our discretion.

Please note that customized, altered, made-to-order, bulk, discounted, or sale items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable unless received in a damaged or defective condition. Shipping charges, handling fees, and duties paid are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Mohanam Vastra India LLP shall not be responsible for delays, damage, or loss during return transit if the product is shipped by the customer without our approval or outside the recommended return process.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to this Return and Refund Policy. We reserve the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
