Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days from the date of order confirmation, unless otherwise specified. Dispatch timelines may vary depending on product availability, customization, bulk orders, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances. Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation and may vary based on location and courier services.

Once an order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with the customer via email, WhatsApp, or SMS, wherever applicable. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Mohanam Vastra India LLP shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, regulatory issues, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and communicated at the time of checkout or order confirmation. Any additional charges such as customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international shipments shall be borne solely by the customer. Mohanam Vastra India LLP is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Customers are requested to ensure that the delivery address, contact details, and pin code provided at the time of placing the order are accurate and complete. Any additional costs incurred due to re-routing, re-delivery, or address correction will be borne by the customer.

In the event that a shipment is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal to accept delivery, or incorrect address details, re-shipping charges will be applicable. Mohanam Vastra India LLP reserves the right to cancel the order and initiate a refund after deducting applicable shipping and handling charges, if re-delivery is not feasible.

Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery. Any visible damage to the outer packaging should be reported immediately to the delivery personnel and notified to us within 48 hours of receipt, along with supporting images, for further assistance.
